Born and brought up in Scotland, I have been a local resident in Egham and Englefield Green since 1998. Having previously worked at the practice for 10 years, I have recently returned to the fold following a period of work with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (DEFRA). Early on in my career I completed a PhD in Immunology, and retain a clinical interest in the field as it relates to small animal medicine.
Over a longer period in clinical practice I have developed and strengthened my orthopaedic knowledge and enjoy the challenges and rewards with this field.
I have two children and one guinea pig (soon to be two!) and have been a member of Egham Choral Society for 6 years: I like to sing! I still consider myself able to play football, but fear that age is catching up with me!
I look forward to seeing you at the practice.
