I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2014 I have worked at pets 1st since 2018. I also completed an additional qualification- a diploma in the nursing of exotic species in 2016, because as well as cats and dogs I also have a keen interest in exotics and small furries.  What I love about my role the most is that I get to know all the clients as well as their pets.

In my spare time I volunteer for a local ferret rescue and I have a ferret of my own Desmond. I also used to foster cats for a couple of local charities, this is how I ended up with my cat Buddy, as I could not bring myself to give him away!
